    To benefit from this aid, your company must meet the following key requirements:

    Long-term Contracts

    Secure at least 10% of your electricity consumption through contracts lasting five years or more (e.g., PPAs).

    Compliance Options

    Choose at least one of these pathways to meet the program’s requirements:

    • Implement energy efficiency measures identified in your four-year audits (not compatible with White Certificates).
    • Ensure that at least 30% of your electricity consumption comes from renewable sources (through on-site generation, PPAs, or Guarantees of Origin – GOs)
    • Allocate more than 50% of the received aid to projects that significantly reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
